As the oldest credit union in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Public Service Credit Union offers members competitive products, great rates, and exceptional service; however, their existing member center made it difficult to fulfill their mission and was in need of an update. SGA helped PSCU find a temporary location in an adjacent office park while we demolished and rebuilt their new member center on the same property, transforming it into a more modern, attractive building that facilitated a warmer, friendlier environment for member interactions. The new space created much-needed administrative offices and gave them a strong visual identity on the busy thoroughfare and surrounding commercial district of Jefferson Pointe.
