Midwest Community Federal Credit Union had an established presence in Bryan, Ohio, but their branch location—a leased storefront with no drive-thru and limited visibility—wasn’t ideal. When they decided to move their member center to an unoccupied bank building on Main Street, one block north of the downtown square, SGA jumped in to help them transform a decades-old facility into a new and vibrant space, tailor-made for their specific needs. Today, they enjoy an easy-to-access, “front row” location that reflects their refreshed brand, resulting in expanded services and increased membership.
