Strategic Growth Advisors (SGA) partnered with Illinois Community Credit Union (ICCU) to design and build a state-of-the-art member center in Sycamore, Illinois. The new space, situated on a parcel adjacent to their existing location, successfully merged both function and convenience. The new, expansive layout boasts modern features, including an intuitive drive-thru design for seamless navigation and service delivery. This upgrade not only enhanced member satisfaction but also improved operational flow. Following completion, the outdated facility was carefully razed, creating additional parking to accommodate the growing needs of ICCU’s membership base. We were proud to partner with ICCU, delivering an innovative solution that blended practicality with long-term growth potential.
