Strategic Growth Advisors (SGA) partnered with Consumers National Bank in Minerva, Ohio, to create a modern, two-story administrative facility totaling nearly 30,000 square feet. The project also included integrating a 2,500-square-foot branch bank, creating a seamless and efficient space for operations. Built around the bank’s original, outdated facility, we carefully managed the construction process to allow the existing branch to remain fully operational throughout the life of the project. Upon nearing completion, the old structure was carefully demolished to make room for expanded parking, enhancing accessibility for customers and staff. SGA’s strategic design and execution addressed decades of inefficient additions, delivering a functional, state-of-the-art facility that reflects the bank’s commitment to growth and innovation.
